We invite Singles from across America to travel with us on this fantastic tour to Israel. If you’re from New York, you’ll be traveling with other Jewish singles from New York …and from New Orleans, Boca Raton, Seattle, Minneapolis and Little Rock.

Our Singles tours are age-categorized – we are offering two sections:
Under 50 and Over 55
Choose whichever section you prefer, and if you’re in-between, we’ll choose for you, or help with your decision.

    WEDNESDAY – DAY 1- EN ROUTE

    Depart the U.S.A. on your flight to Israel.

    THURSDAY – DAY 2- JERUSALEM

    Welcome to Israel. Shalom! Meeting, assistance and transfer to your deluxe hotel in Jerusalem. Tonight, a Welcome Cocktail Party Get-Together --meet with your fellow singles. LM

    FRIDAY – DAY 3- JERUSALEM


    Morning visit to Yad Vashem, memorial to the Holocaust; visit the Museum, Children’s Pavilion and walk along the Avenue of the Righteous, devoted to Christians who saved Jews in world War II and to the Valley of the Lost Communities, dedicated to the shtetls of Europe. Then drive to Mount Herzl; pay respects to Israel’s military heroes. This afternoon, explore the Mahane Yehuda open air market and watch the Jerusalemites prepare for the Shabbat. Then, a Scavenger Hunt in one of the Jerusalem’s New City neighborhoods. Late afternoon visit to the Western Wall to welcome the Shabbat. Return to the hotel for a Shabbat Dinner together. BD

    SATURDAY – DAY 4- JERUSALEM         


    Morning walking tour of the neighborhoods of Jerusalem ending at the Museum of the History of Jerusalem at David’s Citadel. Tonight, Restaurant Dinner and Tour of Jerusalem at Night including the Citadel Museum Light Spectacular. BD

    SUNDAY, DAY 5- JERUSALEM


    Morning visit City of David excavations. After a breathtaking observation over Jerusalem, we head underground to observe the recent archeological discoveries of fortresses and passageways and we continue to the Gihon Spring, where, thousands of years ago Solomon was anointed King. Walk thru Hezekiah tunnel - an ancient underground water tunnel just outside the walls of the old city and just 500 feet from the Western Wall. This was the 2,700 year old water tunnel built by King Hezekiah and it is one of the wonders of early engineering. Enjoy a walk through the tunnel, in the water, using a flashlight.
    Continue to enter the Old city via the Dung gate to visit the Western Wall, only remaining portion of the Western Wall, view the Dome of the Rock on Temple Mount.
    Continue to visit the Western Wall Tunnels- Rabbinical Tunnel Excavated under the Temple Mount, and the Old City walls, the tunnel leads from the Western Wall to the Muslim quarters. It reveals ancient Jerusalem in all its glory, and brings it to the public’s attention.
    Conitue through the souk (Arab Market) to walk thru the Via Dolorosa and the Church of Holy Spulchure.

    Late afternoon drive to Eretz Bereshit “Genesis Land”, situated in the heart of The Judean Desert, on the way to the Dead Sea, in the land where the Patriarchs lived.
    Visitors to Genesis Land are greeted by Eliezer, Abraham's manservant, and by a train of camels which lead you down to Abraham's tent, where you will experience his legendary hospitality. At Genesis Land, the stories of the Bible come to life in the very landscape in which they took place.

    MONDAY, DAY 6- JERUSALEM


    Start early today.   Drive through the stark Judean desert to the shores of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth.  For those who wish, ascend Masada by walking up the snake path to see the sunrise, or take the cable car to this last stronghold of the Zealots in their struggle against the Romans.  Visit the excavations, Herod the Great’s palace, synagogue and bath house.  Then breakfast-brunch at one of the Dead Sea hotels and enjoy an ‘unsinkable swim’ in the buoyant salt waters of the Dead Sea (we provide facilities and lockers). This afternoon hike Nachal David in Ein Gedi’s nature reserve, before returning to your hotel in Jerusalem. Evening at leisure.  B



    TUESDAY DAY 7- JERUSALEM - TIBERIAS


    Depart Jerusalem and drive north to the strategic Golan Heights for an overview of the fierce battles that took place during the 1967 Six Day War and the 1973 Yom Kippur War. Stop at Kfar Haruv,a kibbutz settled by Americans and Israelis together, to view the fertile valleys below. Then, a fun-filled jeep ride along the trails, ending with a visit to a local winery for wine tasting. Ascend to wondrous Mt. Bental for a magnificent view beyond the border into Syria. Afternoon continue to Safed, one of Judaism’s holiest cities where Kabbalah flourished during the golden ages; visit the ancient synagogues and the charming Artists’Quarter. This evening a Sea of Galilee Cruise and dinner at a fabulous waterside restaurant. BD

    WEDNESDAY.– DAY 8- TIBERIAS


    Morning drive to Capernaum; see the ruins of the ancient synagogue dating back to the 5th century. Continue to the timeless Crusader city of Acre, walk through the
    Subterranean city and the bazaars recalling the colorful Middle Ages. Continue along the coast to Rosh Hanikra; descend by cable car to see the magnificent underwater grottoes. Arrive in Nazareth, the sacred town where Jesus spent part of his youth before returning to Tiberias for dinner and overnight. BD


    THURSDAY DAY 9- TIBERIAS - TEL AVIV


    Depart Tiberias. Drive along the coast to Zippori to see the famous “Mona Lisa of the Galilee” mosaic. Stop for a breathtaking view of the Bet Netofa Valley en route to Mount Carmel. Here, visit a Druze village to meet with these unique Israelis and enjoy a Druze lunch together. Continue to Atlit, the British detention camp for illegal immigrants during the British Mandate. Arrive in vivacious and bustling Tel Aviv where the nightlife never ends. This evening , Sunset drinks on the beachfront, followed by dinner on-the-sea. BD


    FRIDAY DAY 10- TEL AVIV


    An adventurous morning! Participate in a real archeological dig -- dig, sift and examine your finds – perhaps you’ll find an authentic treasure. Continue to Jaffa, magnificently restored. Explore the reconstructed Artists’ Quarter with its galleries and boutiques. Then arrive at lively Nachalat Benjamin with its delightful crafts stalls – definitely the place to be on Friday afternoon. Shabbat Dinner. BD




    SATURDAY DAY 11.– TEL AVIV


    Day at leisure to walk on the lovely Tel Aviv promenade and participate in the afternoon folk dancing on the beach.   Tonight’s Farewell Dinner caps a memorable visit.  BD

     

    SUNDAY DAY 12.– EN ROUTE - EILAT / JORDAN


    Transfer to the airport for your return flight back to the U.S. Or, flight to Eilat, Israel’s resort on the Red Sea. Afternoon tour of the city. In the evening, time to explore the colorful night life. B

     

    MONDAY DAY 13– EILAT - PETRA - EILAT


    Transfer to the Arava Border crossing and enter the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Continue to Petra, built by the Nabateans 2,000 years ago; you’ll see breathtaking scenery en route. Your tour to the “rose red” city (by horseback and foot) begins at the awesome “Siq”, a winding canyon road. At the end of the passage, you’ll see Petra’s most impressive monument – the Treasury – carved out of a solid rock from the side of the mountain. Beyond the Treasury, you’ll discover soaring temples, elaborate royal tombs, a theater, burial chambers and water channels. Lunch is included. Return to Eilat. Evening flight back to Tel Aviv, connecting with your flight back to the U.S.A. BL
