TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Jade Travel highly recommends travel insurance.
  
• Jade Travel will forward insurance information upon receipt of deposit.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:Air Tickets Or Land Costs Cannot Be Charged on Credit Card.

REMARKS: Due to currency fluctuations we reserve the right to increase prices of – including but not limited to- hotels, land services, admission fees without prior notice.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

• Deposit of $350 per person is due by December 1, 2009.
  
• Final Payment due March 1, 2010.
  
• Legal Names, address, telephone number must accompany deposit.
  
• Trip cancellation after March 1, 2010 will result in a 50% cancellation fee with no refund if cancelled within 15 days of trip date.
